• Without managing the space it will deteriorate and create a rubbish tip which is similar the current condition.

• Outdoor seating area is very important to make restaurants and cafes successful. We have little of it in Wimbledon. In addition, secure bicycle storage <for visitors / the public> should be made available, ideally sheltered from the rain and with some charging points for electric bicycles. Sketches show trees, hopefully there will be as many at least and drainage will be thought through to enable this (other devopments recently failed this and cannot plant the promised trees as a result!)
