YMCA St Paul’s Group, in partnership with Thornsett, would like to update you on proposals for our site in Wimbledon at 200 The Broadway. YMCA have been at the heart of the community since 1874 and on our current site since 1975.

With the current facility being dated and in a deteriorating condition, regenerating the site is essential to maintaining YMCA’s presence in Wimbledon. The redevelopment will allow us to continue delivering vital services for young people, as well as to provide improved community facilities within a mixed-use development.

We were pleased that many of you attended our initial consultation last year to introduce the team and our vision for the site. Our upcoming event will be an opportunity to view the latest proposals and to learn more about how we have responded to your feedback, in particular to reduce the height of the scheme and ensure the overall design complements Wimbledon Town Centre in the best way possible.
